Traditional incandescent lighting illuminates around the perimeter of the dial. Display features: Time/Date, Cumulative Distance (odometer), Trip Distance (tripmeter), GPS Coordinates with Heading Info, Compass, and Peak Speed Recall. These highly accurate GPS Speedometers include an omnidirectional 10 Hz antenna (10 samples per second) with a 16ft. cable, which is required for operation. The dimensions for the antenna are quite small (1.472 in. x 1.339 in. x 0.508 in.) allowing it to be easily hidden. The GPS antenna utilizes up to 3 GPS satellites simultaneously and samples 10 times per second. Utilizes up to 3 GPS satellites simultaneously and samples 10 times per second. Good speedometer, but inaccurate.

This is a very good speedometer but the digital reading did not match the needle at two miles per hour. I called Auto Meter and spoke to the person who didn't offer to help and told myself if I couldn't live with the inaccuracy I should just send it back to Revain. It looks like a lot of money to leave the manufacturer. Revain was great. although I would swap it for another without any problems.

I like my new speedometer better, but no speeding tickets!

I installed this on my 55 T-Bird because the original working gauge was inaccurate. The speed limit is strictly enforced where I live and this GPS speedometer is so accurate it actually matches the police radar speed signs which show your speed as you approach the sign. Great product and easy to install.
