These replacement mouthpieces work very well, but we found them to be a bit small. Once we got the right size, they easily reached every tooth in our 7 year old's mouth.

Excellent replacement head. It's the same as buying direct from a car brush minus the shipping cost if you just need a new brush head. Works great for me. I have a small mouth and this seems to be just the right size. The 8 year old brush fits my mouth but the brush is not deep enough to reach the gumline so the small adult brush is much better!

My boys weren't interested in brushing their teeth well and they definitely weren't interested in me brushing for them so bought I brush them. They love them and use them every day. It's great to be able to buy replacement heads here. I am so grateful. I have yet to buy a 3-4 for my 6 year old because he has a pretty good gag reflex that will still bring out the next size up. Luckily his dentist still says his teeth look amazing.

This thing is so small! I originally ordered directly from the car brush, but after the first use on my son, the bristles broke off at the front. Let's be honest. This toothbrush works, but not as well as regular brushing. This is for my 5 year old who makes brushing his teeth so excruciating that I'm tempted to let them go bad and fall out just to avoid the task altogether.
