The back cover died a week later - which Amazon will not replace.

Installation was painful but this applies to any part of the car that requires the removal of molded plastic panels with locking tabs. The installation instructions are useless and not written in English. Throw them away and just sort them out. Less than 2 brain cells required. The rear center dome died after less than a week of use. Revain refuses to replace the item unless I return all the lights. This means you have to remove them all just to send a replacement to be reinstalled. Harris, the

Good Update: Lighting & Electrical

One of the easiest upgrades you can make to the cab of your new truck and a must have. If I no longer get into a dark car with lights installed at night, I can see the entire cab. They are very light. The tool that came with it is very useful for removing the inner covers, but I couldn't get it to remove the license plate covers. I messed it up, used a flat head screwdriver and bent the plastic, this is a pickup truck so I expect some dents and nicks but if you want it to look pristine I highly

Very bright and easy to install in Tacoma

Bought these 2 months ago on an offer in the Toyota Tacoma FB group, got them for free in exchange for leaving my review. I was going to check them out the week I got them but to be honest life was busy when the Corona outbreak happened so I'm finally leaving my review here but at least now I can say that it is Still great after 2 months of use and hopefully many more Installation: Very easy for me, removing the covers on the Tacoma was pretty easy but that may not be the case on otherโ€ฆ

Easy installation, installation problem

TL;DR: Replacing the dome light sucks. It's too small to fit properly and you have to bend the retaining tab a lot more than is comfortable for it to fit. The card's backlight is excellent, but it's not immediately clear how to replace it. See photos. The kit contains a great tool. Better than the one I was planning to use and a lot better than the flat head. To replace the bulb, the entire card backlight must be removed. The pry tool is great for this. It just pops right out of theโ€ฆ
