Problems with lighting and electrical signals

I liked the look of this antenna and the fact that it's stiff and doesn't wobble in the wind at high speeds. The quality of the antenna is excellent! But I want the reception quality to be just as good. I knew that using a shorter antenna COULD cause reception problems, but I tried to believe it and failed. Don't get me wrong, some stations sound great and don't cause any problems, but the thing is ALL the stations didn't work. I may just keep it for a change or just sell it. I ended up going…

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

No loss of reception

2 year update: Quick update after 2 years on my truck. The antenna continues to function as it did when it was first switched on. It has proven its reliability by working 24 hours a day and several days before winter in Minnesota. (My truck lost garage space early on due to too much dirt building up.) I'll test the antenna once for durability. I only drive touchless car washes. I would still recommend this antenna without hesitation. Original review: I like being in the camp of those who don't…

Looks great on my 2017 RAM

When I bought my 2017 RAM a few weeks ago I couldn't believe they still had the old school metal antenna mast. In most new cars, they are integrated into the navigation system up to the roof. I had to get rid of him. This little antenna is great. Almost 5 stars, but I have to deduct a star for this reason: I live about 30 miles from Columbus, Ohio and I have noticed a slight loss of radio signal. With the old antenna I would have received all HD radio stations well, but they flickered every now

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Bad impression

Static? What static?

Let's get down to business. You've bought a truck, you're getting ready to drive like a viking exploring the sea and you're looking to your left and bam, a 3ft long flexible metal pool bouncing around everywhere is staring you in the face. You try to ignore it, but every car wash, every tree you drive by, and every windy day reminds you of a glitch that ruins your truck's atmosphere. So what's your solution? Click buy now, wait 2 days, unscrew old ones, screw on new ones and bam! Literally in 2

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are errors
