The instructions were easy but I find the leather is too thick and the front corners are very difficult to clean. I end up trying to fold and match both sides so it doesn't look homemade. The middle plate, where the front of the handle sits, also had to fit. There are some unobtrusive areas of loss, but I know they're there. after the whole deed is done. It is very difficult to move the middle part easily. It would be better if the skin was thinner.

I am very happy with it. The appearance is just amazing, it looks like real leather. I mounted mine directly onto the existing original using a pad stapler. There was enough material to work with and I was able to make them nice and tight to make them look appropriate. When I realized that the fabric center armrest on my 2017 Civic was uncomfortable and smooth as sandpaper, I set out to find a repair or replacement. Nice thermoplastic style left elbow pad about twice the size of an old school eraser. Has a zipper for cleaning the black case. It should be fastened with Velcro, but an idiot engineer, but a soft loop (fuzzy) on the side is sewn in the middle of the bottom.
