Not quite the same as OEM. Has no foam around the edges, resulting in an uneven appearance. For the price I really shouldn't complain. It looks a lot better than my torn one.

Listen to reviews that say it's not big enough. It is, but they have nothing to hold on to and it's not stretching out the way they want you to think. I gave it 3 stars because it's well priced, very close to right color but that's the only reason.

This product offers a cost-effective solution. There are much better options, but they're good for a budget. Installation requires epoxy and patience. The overlap material that you attach to the bottom of the armrest is too small (it should contain more material). Try not to break the clips when removing the plastic paneling under the armrest!

Perfect color matching. The grain pattern differed from the original finish but matched the graininess on the dashboard and elsewhere. The hardest part was figuring out how to remove the back plastic cover. It snaps into place and I broke 2 clips when I removed it, but I still have enough left to hold it when reinstalling. I took a risk and it worked out great.

I understand this is a stretch to fit the cover but it would be great if the fabric had an extra inch around the edges for you to hold. The leading edge is terribly short. The old stuff runs 1/4 of the way down so you have something to grab and hold together. This is a thinner material and is pulled twice as tight. I'm assuming the staples will be ripped out.

I'm pretty good at installing and repairing things, but this product is terrible. I gave it a try for $20. It stretches well, but never smooths out all the wrinkles. By the way, it comes folded in a small mailer, and the folds can hardly be stretched. I spent several hours trying to get it right but decided my time was wasted. If you don't care about the perfect fit, this is for you.

Vinyl is very thin and wrinkled. Being thin it will stretch slightly but I'm not sure the brace will hold up over time. My main complaint is that instead of sewing on a factory plastic tab to hold the back in place, this brand uses a flimsy rope that doesn't stay in place. I had to constantly struggle to keep it in place while stretching. I ended up cutting the plastic tie off the old lid and used it to hold the thin string in place. When I took the lid out of the box, it looked flimsy and of poor quality. I found it matched the armrest well and looked pretty good once installed. You will find a way to attach the ends of the material to the plastic base of the armrest. But once you do that, it will easily move on. I attached some of the material with a stapler as well as a few inch screws to secure the corners. Be prepared to break off some of the plastic tabs when disassembling the armrest for the first time. Used to replace a cracked case on our daughter's 2006 Dodge Ram 1500. I think what a lot of people overlook is that this is replacement padding, not a cover. You have to cut the old vinyl and dismantle the plastic trim, pull out the old brackets, stretch them and put the replacement in place. This is not a cover.
