Neat Outlet Island Solution

This item would get 5 stars if the wireless charging station worked and if USB-C worked. After purchase, I see other people also commented that USB-C doesn't work, I don't return it, normal USB ports work and outlets are fine.

Intermittent QI: Accessories and consumables

Poor QI charging. If it works, ie charges the phone to 100%, then everything is fine. However, it often fails before it is fully charged. About 50% of the time, charging stops before 100% and sometimes well before 100%. There is no consistency.

Works as expected. No surprises. The color of the plastic edge on the outer ring was a little off-white as you can see in the photos.

USB-C didn't work, WiFi only works when open

All sockets work fine, USB-A works fine but USB-C doesn't work at all. Wireless charging works but only when open, when closed it's recessed too low for phones to connect. 1 Star Edit: Ordered a replacement as USB-C was the reason for choosing this over others. The replacement also won't power the Pixel 1, 3, 4, Note 20 with some working cables tested. Edit: Downgraded as I requested a replacement as USB-C wasn't working and the replacement had the same issue.

I bought it 6 months ago and I really liked it, but now the wireless charger doesn't work.

I placed it in the center of our kitchen island and really liked its functionality. We bragged about it to many people who admired our newly renovated kitchen. But last month the wireless charging function stopped working. The sockets seem to work. With USB-C, my new phone (Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra) expects a faster charger and gives me a message to check connections when I plug it in for the first time. Not a big deal as it's still charging at 5W. My new phone is just waiting for a faster…

I asked the seller for a replacement, the unit failed 10 months after installation.

. The purchase was made in October 2020, but the device was not installed until March 2021. It hasn't been installed for 6 months and only used a few times a week and left open 99% of the time. We just leave it like that. There are no children living in our house and the device has not been damaged. It just didn't work anymore. Today is September 23rd, 2021. I will update this review once I hear from the seller if they will support the product and replace it for us. Sequel follows.

I needed a retractable socket for the girls desk and I found this one, it looked good and solid too. I wasn't disappointed, straight out of the box it's a solid device that reminds me of commercial quality. Effortlessly unfolds to provide excellent access to power outlets and USB ports.
