Definitely don't buy for just any Subaru!

I am disappointed. I modified it to try and make it work with p1153 ladies and gentlemen, just buy OEM! costs a lot more but you can sleep at night knowing you have the best of the best

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Many things

Installed our 2.5 Subaru Turbo and did what it was supposed to do.

This part fits perfectly. And connected immediately. I needed it for our 2004 2.5 Turbo Forester when installing a new engine, the original couldn't take being horned into the frame. Worked like a factory.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Negative print

The O2 sensor is what I ordered

Easy to install, fits as expected and works just as well. I didn't have an O2 sensor wrench and had to cut the outer ring of the heat shield to fit the standard ring wrench as if it were different from OE (original equipment), but if you ask me the slight inconvenience is worth the price.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Terrible, don't buy this!

Denso, Bosch and Subaru sensors are manufactured by Denso. This is the only acceptable overhead O2 sensor that will work properly on a Subaru. I bought this brand because a friend said it works fine on this machine. Turns out they were idiots and didn't realize the machine wasn't working well. I didn't have a check engine light, but when the engine was boosted the AFR was dangerously lean and collided with my notoriously good L1 gauge. 17:1 when charged!

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Crumpled

2005 Legacy GT Limited

I will not say this is a defective product but the unit sent to me did not work properly. My AFR was everywhere and my wideband AFR sensor that I use for tuning was accurate, so I knew it was that sensor. I ended up just buying a new Denso OEM and never left it to chance again. There is always a way to read your AFR when replacing, especially with an aftermarket air/fuel oxygen sensor on a turbocharged Subaru. Could have saved your engine.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Secret
