No problems and brighter than OEM

I've had these installed for about 6 months now. They fit snugly into the factory mounts for my '06 Xterra. They look lighter than the originals, although the ones fitted to my bumper have had a bit more wear (about 13 years). I would buy this product again without hesitation. If you are wondering whether to buy these or the original fog lights I would save some money and get them, I don't think you will be disappointed.

You get what you pay for.

I would love to love her. The thing is; You get what you pay for. These are not genuine Nissan parts. apparently. Be prepared to change this up for the perfect fit. There is an incredibly large gap between the fog lamp housing and the fog lamp itself. If other comments say otherwise, just resolve them. In the end I changed them so that there was no gap. Looks much better and serves its purpose. I don't recommend it if you're looking for plug-n-play and a smooth fit.

Great product, best in lighting and lighting accessories category

My son's Nissan Pro 4X blew out the driver's side lens bulb and that was it and mine followed soon after. We bought these replacement parts and when we installed them it was a bear. Trying to get a small outlet in this very tight space was exhausting. I saw the included wrench on the Revain and it made it easy to remove the old lamp and install another. Good advice: don't start this project without a small head Phillips head for the body screws and this small 10mm ratchet wrench. You will be…

Perfect, easy exchange. No problem.

I ordered these after a rock broke one of my factory lenses. All I needed was the main assembly but the box had brackets and a wiring harness with a switch as if I was going to add fog lights at all. The price can't be beat considering everything that's included. Nissan charged twice as much for its headlights. The difference in quality is imperceptible. Super easy to install; put it on the handlebar cover, 3 screws and a dowel and you're done. Without instructions I made it in about 15…

good, but not without problems

perfect for xterra 2007, self-installation takes about 2 hours. perfect light cone and light-dark boundary, illuminates the road very well when using a good light bulb (budget for it). The bulbs they come with aren't much to write about. My only issues are: - the switch - the backlight highlights bleeds and it's impossible to tell if the switch is on or off. the display looks almost the same - the bulb connectors are very fragile, cheap plastic, I broke one of the clips when removing the bulb…

Hardware is junk in lights and lighting accessories

Overall good product. Well packaged and as others have said no instructions. I bought a kit to replace a broken headlight on my 2010 Xterra Off-Road because a factory replacement costs twice as much as this kit. Didn't use the wire pack but looked good. Installation was pretty easy EXCEPT when I tried to use the cheap clips that came with it. No matter how I tried to screw the screw into the clip, it wouldn't move. After moving the clip and light for 10 minutes, I decided to remove the light…

One filled with water after a car wash.

I have an Xterra 05 that has fog lights installed from the factory. At one point a lens broke so I bought this set. It took me longer to figure out where the mounting screws were than to swap out both lights. Total installation time: about 1 hour. I replaced both headlight assemblies, although one of the factory headlights was still fine. Bad news: I took them to the car wash last weekend. It took me a few days to notice that one lantern was about 1/2 inch full of water and was splashing around

Very valuable update for Xterra 2005-2015!

These fog lights are inexpensive but I am very happy with them. For starters, they fit right into the stock 2005-2015 Xterra bumper. Simply unclip the fake fog lamp protectors and they snap into place. They fit over existing grommets and include an adjustment nut and bolt to hold them in place. The H11 bulbs can then be plugged directly into the existing fog light wiring harness found on all Xterra. The lenses are clear glass and they work great. After that, all that's missing is the correct…

Perfect fit, Nissan already has factory wiring. BUT. Continue reading.

Good kit, my frontier already had clips and cables (most Nissan have) BUT. You need a suitable headlight/angle/fog switch. Revain has it, part number 25540-ET11E. Additional $125 +/-. There are others that are cheaper but they are not genuine Nissan parts (if you care). The switch is easy to install, lots of youtube videos help to do it. The headlights were easy to put in, just rotate the wheels to the side you are working on, loosen a few bolts and pull off the inner fender liner, access is…
