I just wanted to play music from my phone through stereo speakers and I know I can. the quality and durability of the AUX cables I have purchased. Three thumbs up.

I thought "why do I need three, I really need one" Well the price is impressive and I like the colours. Guess what, a week later, two friends also needed new accessory cables for their car stereos. So I was happy to donate blue and purple. They're also great for connecting an Echo device to an external speaker!

The build quality of the cable itself is excellent. I rolled it around with my chair a few times and it still worked fine. HOWEVER its ends are barely long enough to work properly with my Note8 and my computer. That means you have to push the ends really hard into the headphone jack or you'll only get sound from 1 speaker. I think the entire connector pin needs to be made about 2mm longer.

One of the cables works great. Another of the cords is a little spongy at times, but it's usually good if it stays taut. However, one of my cords was an absolute pain. It was very loose in my phone's aux port. At first I thought it was my phone, but the other extra cables worked fine. If it touches or rotates even slightly in the port, you need to push and rotate it until you are in the right place.

So here's the thing, you get what you pay for. That's 3 extra cables for less than $10. They work and seem reasonably solid, but the sound quality sucks. I turned the bass up to maximum and heard NOTHING. Everything sounds somehow flat and empty - for lack of better words. My music doesn't touch my soul as much as it did a few days ago before my other aux cable died. For a music lover like me who likes to put on my own gigs on the way to work I wouldn't recommend them at all.
