Fantastic camera, possibly the worst manual I've ever seen

I was very impressed with the looks of this camera, especially for the price. And once I figure out how to connect it to my computer (hint: check their website, *DO NOT* try to use the manual) it's a great camera. Unfortunately, while it's "compatible" with Zoom, that doesn't mean it's available through Zoom. As a camera (or when using a remote control) this is a great device. How do I access a PTZ camera remotely via Zoom? nope Heavily disappointed.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Can't remember

Works in church environment

This is the only camera in our church streaming system. It's 48 feet from the stage. It works well in average bright light, but not so well in a darkened room. The scaling is excellent. We take another when we need a second camera. It was installed with the recommended wall mount and there were no installation issues. This camera was chosen primarily for its PTZ capabilities and three video ports. The HDMI port made it easy to connect to the ATEM Mini Pro. A serial connection was not used and…

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Expensive

We are satisfied with the picture quality of this camera. However, if you plan on live streaming, be aware that the audio input/bandwidth is very poor for HDMI. Even their own customer service representatives recognize this and recommend that you have a separate audio input on your streaming device. The remote control is infrared controlled, not radio controlled, so you must point it at the front of the camera for it to work. Our camera is used on a church balcony with a balcony remote control,

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
