This jacket fits my 14lb Mini Pinscher/Chihuahua perfectly. We spend the winters in BT and I was concerned how it would handle so much snow and harsh winters. This jacket really helps to cover the tummy which is the biggest hurdle for small dogs. However, the front legs are very wide. I tie her up and it seems to be working fine. I have room for a sweater underneath if needed. good value

The best thing about this coat is that our dog enjoys wearing it and keeping it warm. It weighs 9 pounds and we've tried many coats over the years. This one is definitely the best! I will buy another one as a replacement. The only thing I didn't like about this dog coat was that the seams were poorly sewn throughout the thick area and almost immediately began to unravel. I just sewed the stitches on my sewing machine and the coat is better than ever. That's why it gets 4 stars and not 5.

DOES NOT CONTAIN THINSULATE! Don't buy this if you're looking for something to keep your dog warm because this isn't it! I live in New York and we have a mix of all four seasons.
