Fits perfectly, everything you need is included

They are OEM so they fit perfectly and work perfectly. The rubber membrane has a slightly rubberier feel than the original so hopefully it will last a little longer (my originals lasted 10 years without a hitch).

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • Reliability

Easy to fit but broke after a few weeks

The kit was easy to fit, the brake worked straight away. Unfortunately, the O-ring on the piston broke after only a few weeks. My brake felt like it was getting harder and harder to pull, I examined and found deposits in my brake fluid. The small o-ring on the piston was partially dissolved causing the system to stall.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

the brakes work like new and I am very satisfied

just serviced my brakes last night and it worked with no problems. I didn't properly maintain the bike during the season and after inspecting the lever housing it was found that dirt had gotten into the seal and worn away the rubber. Replacing this part of the cone was a lot easier than having to work on my old codes. The brakes modulate like new and I am very satisfied!

Pros
  • Absolutely brilliant!
Cons
  • repair

LONG LOCKRING PLIERS REQUIRED. OR JUST MUSCLE

Anyone who loves hydraulics should learn how to bleed and service their brakes. I can only imagine how much money someone could spend fixing/upgrading mechanics if they don't know how to do it themselves. Anyway, everything is included, even some parts I don't recognize (extra plastic washers?). The hardest part is getting the piston out of the snap ring. YOU NEED LONG CIRCLIP PLIERS to make the job easier. I didn't have circlip pliers, so I just clamped the body in a vise and pulled on theโ€ฆ
