I was looking for a camera upgrade and found this ad. The ease of use is wonderful; true plug and play on my M1 Mac mini. The zoom instantly picks up the camera and microphone. Very good picture quality. I've worked with support on a few issues and they've been *very* responsive and *very* helpful. I appreciate a good shopping support. Very happy with this camera. The picture quality is fantastic. It's right next to a rack of very noisy servers, and the noise-cancelling microphone filters out all noise. First I had a problem and I contacted their support. I was really impressed with their support. No robots, no clues, just one person on the phone who genuinely cares about making me happy. That's rare these days. I give this camera and company my highest recommendation.

Good product with excellent video quality up to 4k. Plug and play and no software installation required. Your computer recognizes the connected peripheral device. A mount is also included and the lighting has 3 settings depending on your preferences. Perfect for your virtual Zoom, Skype, Google Meets or Microsoft meetings. Two thumbs up!

The system found the camera and worked with Microsoft Teams. The color was off and the outside light was not working properly. You click on it to activate it and switch between levels, but this doesn't always work correctly. It then starts to flicker/flash. The only way to stop it was to turn it off. I tried using it for several days and just couldn't deal with the poor quality and unpredictable light. The specs look good, but don't buy them.

Working well so far no problems My wife taught online and as soon as she switched to this camera everyone commented on how much better the video had gotten. The picture is clear and the colors are bright. As a plus, the built-in mic is also an improvement over a laptop mic. We tried it on 3 computers and everything worked fine. We didn't really need the ring light feature, but it might come in handy later. The viewing angle is perfect, the image is not distorted. Also, the clip is well-designed

If you need a webcam with a good field of view and better lighting, this is the webcam for you. I see no point in using 120 wide-angle cameras in Zoom meetings. It's hard enough to keep your workspace clean and tidy for Zoom meetings. My workspace is also pretty dark so I need a table lamp that will make my skin look blotchy with a bad camera. Got my webcam yesterday and I love it! The image of this webcam has really high resolution and amazing clarity. The colors aren't off as another reviewer mentioned. I saw another 4k webcam that one of my friends bought recently but the one I have is at least 10x better! There is no fisheye effect in the picture (unlike the other).
