Avocado Container

The avocado container works better than any other container I've tried. It's very difficult to keep the other half of an avocado fresh, and it worked. The next day it wasn't quite brown and ugly. Use the second half of the avocado within a day or two, so you don't know how long it will last after that. I'm glad I bought

The top just fits onto the bottom, nothing holding the two pieces together

This is a convenient way to store half an avocado. It is convenient and easy to use. But there are several problems: it is not suitable for every half. It's an approximation, so if half is thicker you'll need to put something heavy on top to keep them closed. And what to do if you don't eat the whole second half? Buy two? May be.

Great item for kitchen and dining room

The only bad thing about this product, it really has nothing to do with the product. Since I'm the only person in the house who eats avocados, the ones I bought are pretty small. Because they are so small, the goalkeeper has too much space, so he moves a lot and gets bruised. Although they only last for 2 days, as I usually eat half an avocado a day. So they stay pretty fresh.

Lid misaligns and pops out

The lid doesn't quite fit this container and won't be tight. The edge where you think the lid and base should interlock is missing, but the fact that it doesn't even lay flat is very disappointing. If you're really careful with this thing, it covers your avocado well, but mine isn't airtight and the lid is fully closed with little bulges.
