Got this for my older little fox terrier. The pieces are big. Place them in a food processor. They were so hard they couldn't rub. Gave the bag to the neighbor's dog.

All three of my different dog breeds have turned their backs on it. I had to mix a little for a long time and finally the bag was ready. Disappointed because it's expensive.

We have an elderly dog who has been scratching and chewing his paws. We have been using this food for a few months now and have noticed that she is no longer itchy or chewing. I also like that it helps your joints.

I have 2 picky eaters who are old and have problems with dry skin and stomach/food allergies. What a relief to find a dog food that solves all 3 problems! One dog is large (65lbs) and the other is small (16lbs) and both are missing teeth, but the little nuggets are perfect for both!

I have tried many high quality dog foods and Avoderm has proven to be the best for my dog. This is the only brand I've tried on her that moisturizes her coat and skin, maintains a healthy weight, and gives her a nutrient dense diet (grass free!). Bad reaction to our Sheltie. We gradually transitioned our dog over a period of about 3 weeks (about halfway through) from a higher fat dog food she's been eating for years (wild salmon flavor) to this dog food. She seemed to enjoy the food, but after about 2 weeks alone she started to get severely itchy. We can only conclude that there was something wrong with her in the formulation of this food. We therefore recommend trying a small amount first.

I'm a picky eater and he never likes to finish his food if he decides to even try it. That's the first thing he really liked! His coat looks better, he walks better and his mood is much better! (he's 14 and a miniature poodle so he briefly lost his pep) I put some more wet food on it (Fromm) and microwaved it for 8 seconds and by the way he attacked the food I swear it's like I had just handed him the best steak in the world. He would have eaten the first meal and just been dry!
