Don't be overwhelmed by the many wires. the two plugs that don't seem to fit actualy go into the red/black plastic box that doesn't seem to work. i blew a fuse when installing it first.disconnect the negative and install the plugs where they fit and you are set. the only thing that took some time is connecting the camera feed with an rca (yellow) video wire the wires are small so you need to be careful. a3 and a19. yellow from rca goes on red and other ground goes on white. and that's it…

I bought this product a few weeks ago for its features, most importantly the apple car play and android auto which new cars now have as standard. Secondly, the radio frame and harness that come with it will save you installation costs and make it easy to plug and play. The system gets overheated. It's sooooooo slow. Bluetooth sterring controls do not work. Android auto is a disaster. Google maps is so slow that it dosent work.the usb does not charge the phone. I am not happy at all.

Installed on a civic with factory amp customer service walked through taping into the amp quick and easy. So far radio works great.

It truly is a plug and play. But, if your car has a factory Amp you will have to either bypass the Amp or splice some wires to have sound. You can also buy an adaptor to not do either of those methods, but the adaptor does cost abit. Other than that it has been working awesome with my 2012 Honda Civic ExL after bypassing the factory Amp.

I always wanted to replace my old car radio with a touch screen. This car navigation has been very easy to install and came with all required tools and even extra!. I highly recommend this. So just make sure the screen size fits your car and if you need the frame for it it is easily found but the screen is pretty much universal. Great item!

The overall unit is ok, fast, and with a very good touch screen but the screen resolution could be better, especially on Carplay. Also the Bluetooth and Carplay audio are terrible. Very poor quality compared with a direct stream or Radio audio. Is there a way to improve that?

My sons Honda 2013 CRV has the premium factory radio system with factory subwoofer. That has a 5th wire harness and there is no directions on how to proceed. All was easy until this point. I sent email to support 3 days ago with no answer.

Quick and easy install. Great customer service. We couldn’t get the sound to work at first on our 2012 CRV but contacted the seller and they responded promptly with instructions to get it working. The AMP had to be turned on in the settings of the device once it was all hooked up and installed. Have had it for a couple of months now with no issues.

Better off buying an old android tablet its so slow n not as practical as the normal radio. If u don't mind waiting 5 minutes for your apps to come up just buy a better one

It was installed in February in a 2020 Civic LX. Nothing to complain about it. Installation was smooth after watching a few videos on youtube of similar models. The first picture is vital in order for the rear camera to work correctly.

I had to change my older stereo system and it was a perfect fit to go with. It's built in advanced system and easy Bluetooth connection make life easier.

Had to get this radio swapped out 3 times, carplay does not work, no directions on how to correct wires. Customer service is responsive but not the best in clear directions.
