Looks very beautiful and pretty; but too long for me. My apologies for not checking the size/fit earlier as by the time I did it had already passed "refund window closed March 28, 2021". I would like to ask you to reconsider replacing this size 10 pair with a size 9 pair.

When I first got them I was very disappointed - they looked like cheap foam I once experienced many years ago as a kid. The soles of the shoes also got very dirty (see photo) after wearing them on the sidewalk for about 5 minutes. The shoes are good. A pair of Nike SB shoes costs about the same and is more comfortable. They are about half a size too big (I wear a men's size 12). I assume they will stretch to full size when I put them on. They have absolutely no arch support and the soles are very stiff. I can't imagine walking in them all day, so I think the name "hiking shoes" is a bit misleading. They are more like everyday "office shoes”. But they look good and go well with jeans.

The toe box is a little tight. The inserts became thinner and had to be replaced with higher quality inserts for support and cushioning. I replaced the white laces with an updated version of the Aiboxin, elastic laces without ties and a magnetic closure for the laces.

Fits as expected. I love simplicity and perfection in manufacturing. It's worth more than its price. I love quality and it suits my taste. I can wear this anytime, anywhere with any pants, jeans, etc. I love it. Comfortable and relaxed

Let's face it folks. We choose what we want because we love it, but when we get compliments on what we buy, it's a great feeling! Shoes aren't something you or I usually get casual compliments on. Love these shoes they are comfortable and look good and you can't beat the price. I also like that they come in a bag instead of a box. The only thing I will say is that if you are looking for a lot of support, this shoe is not for you. I'm a size 12 and they fit comfortably, much better than the adidas Gazelle for example.
