Would like smaller size.

Ordered these because I thought they would be the size I needed. Hope you have a smaller size because these don't quite do it for me. If you have a smaller size I will order them.

Pros
  • Trash, Compost & Lawn Bags
Cons
  • They may not be as readily available in all areas

Great Compostable Bags

Was so happy to find these compostable bags. As we are trying really hard to separate all of our garbage, recyclables and food waste, these bags are great as they are made out of biodegradable plant based starchand will compost quickly in compost bins. Makes the disposing of food waste so much cleaner as we were using paper bags but they leak and make a mess. These bags certainly help us a lot.

Pros
  • I have no complaints using this trash bag. It's good for the environment, so that's a plus!
Cons
  • These bags are very hard to tear apart from each other.

Good trash bags, better conscience!

I admit to being VERY concerned about our environment in general and so anything I can do to contribute helps me feel better about life in general. I cant swear to the compostability of these bags. I don't see them in action in the dump but there is solid science behind the construction and so I trust that. I like them, they are easy to deal with. They do tear relatively easily so dont stuff sharp stuff!

Pros
  • Great bag for our midsize cans.
Cons
  • They may not fully decompose in a landfill due to lack of oxygen

Guilt free best in my review

I’ve been trying so hard to cut down on plastic use and this helps me feel better about using trash bags. I recycle everything possible and the rest goes into this bag. I wish the price was a bit lower but glad this product is available

Pros
  • They are excellent.....
Cons
  • NOT COMPOSTABLE. Total scam. DO NOT BUY.

Flimsy, total waste of money

These bags are smaller than they should be for 8gal. and they are so thin that they break apart when you use them. I'm not even able to pull the bag out from the bin without it tearing in my hand. when I try to close the bag it tears as well. This other "Reli" brand is the better alternative I finally found which at 30c a bag is a bit more pricey but well worth it!Reli. Compostable 13 Gallon Trash. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TYGQLND?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

Pros
  • Help the planet.
Cons
  • They may not be as durable as regular plastic bags

Environment friendly

I love products that are environment friendly. The bags are standard size and good quality. Would recommend. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • Easy to tie and transport without tearing or leaking
Cons
  • They may not be as resistant to tears and punctures as traditional bags

They aren't very sturdy but they do the job

Better than most bags which are biodegradable. They can't handle a lot of weight so I double bag when I feel it can't handle, don't mind doing that cuz it's eco friendly.

Pros
  • These are pretty good, although some of them were split open right off the roll. Most are fine.
Cons
  • They just tear way too easily

Sturdy bags, work great

Sturdy bags, work great, and I love that they are compostable.Recommend buying a size up from your trashcan, they run slightly smaller than traditional plastic trashcans.

Pros
  • Great product. Would buy again!
Cons
  • They may not be strong enough for heavy items like bottles or cans

Great product for my opinion

Not as strong as a incomparable but I just fill it as full. Is my goal to be more environmentally friendly from this point on. I've bought the smaller ones for recycle and even smaller ones for the cat box clean up

Pros
  • Packaged in recyclable and reusable paper boxes
Cons
  • They may not be as convenient for use with litter boxes

durable and woks well

these bags have good durability and we have had no issues - been using them for +2yrs now and ordered another refill :) That's my feedback!

Pros
  • Designed to fit standard 8-gallon garbage cans perfectly
Cons
  • They may not be strong enough for use with construction and demolition waste

These people measure like my ex: incorrectly sized and wimpy.

These ARE NOT 8 gallon bags. 4 gallon at best and yes I purchased the correct ones. Also, I understand they are biodegradable but I would prefer they wait til they are at least out of my trash can before they start degrading. Incredibly flimsy. Only plus is they do not have an odor.

Pros
  • Box Dispenser Design
Cons
  • They may not be suitable for use in public trash receptacles

One bag at a time. on my review.

I’m glad to have a degradable plastic bag for my kitchen garbage and Not be adding one more plastic bag into the waste and the world. It’s a little thing, but plastic builds up and at least, one bag at a time, these will decompose.

Pros
  • Help reduce plastic waste in landfills and oceans
Cons
  • They may not be suitable for use with hazardous waste

Not good kitchen bags

I have a trash can in my kitchen like mostly everyone. We fill the trash can until it is full. If your trash gets too heavy the bags break. I was carrying my trash out and it ripped away and spilled on the floor. They are not strong or durable.

Pros
  • Odor-resistant to minimize unwanted smells from garbage
Cons
  • They may not be as effective at preventing leaks and spills

Truly compostable? for my opinion

I had previously used a different brand of compostable bag (also claiming corn starch as a primary material) - and those clearly started breaking down quite fast - especially if there was a lot of moisture in the trash (this is good!). But with these I have noticed no breaking down - even after a full week with wet garbage in them -- so I am suspicious as to whether they are truly compostable. It's not easy to get true compostable certification - a little frustrating.

Pros
  • They work well .
Cons
  • They require a specialized composting facility to fully break down

This is cheap! Tears easily.

Unless you are depositing very light tissues or cotton balls, I would not recommend this trash bag for any other use. Tears easily and allows for no grip because it will tear. Will tear if too much weight.

Pros
  • Produced from a manufacturing process that prioritizes sustainability and ethical labor practices
Cons
  • They may not be as easy to tie as traditional bags

Great trash bags for my opinion

Never thought I'd have a strong opinion on trash bags. These are great little bags and the box has a built in dispenser! It's nice to use these liners so that little things don't get left in the trash cans or fall out of mesh trash cans.

Pros
  • These bags are better than I expected. Strong.
Cons
  • They may not be as widely available as traditional bags
