To be honest I haven't had any problems with the product so far. The print quality is good and the ink does not fade. In terms of page count, I don't print at max settings so I feel like I can get at least a few hundred pages with toner. Of course, the best part was the price, as it outperforms its major competitors.

My typing habits haven't changed over the years. I usually print the same number of pages per month. This ink barely lasted 2 1/2 months. I would NOT recommend this product.

No test prints, no complaints, no defects. Turned off the printer, put in the cartridge, turned on the printer, assigned the photo as the printer and "Now that's the deal" {borrowing a popular expression}. It was printed in crisp, beautiful, crisp colors. Six pending photos were then mailed using special glossy paper Great purchase! Five stars all the way

Installed this replacement toner for HP and it works with no problems. Worth the price. The print quality is good for my standards. Would buy again in the future.

Cartridge sent and received quickly. Fits straight onto the printer [critic that the cartridge is not HP] and the print quality is excellent. The printer has detected a new cartridge and the ink level shows a full cartridge. This cartridge was black ink but I will be ordering colors as I am running out of current ones. Excellent, economical and an alternative to expensive HP inks.

Magenta, black and yellow worked but the cyan cartridge was bad. I put in another blue one that worked fine so it wasn't a printer. It's too late to return it, so not only do I use up the cost of the bad cartridge, I also have to buy a new one to replace it.

The item was shipped and delivered on time, but the printouts from this cartridge had black streaks making the document unreadable. Unfortunately, the return window has closed and now I just don't have the money. I hope that this company stands behind their product and that a representative of the company will contact me for a proper exchange. If the company doesn't get it right, I wouldn't recommend this product.

I had my doubts but I couldn't bring myself to spend nearly $100 again on an ink color. I bought two boxes of this stuff and so far it's working great. Didn't notice any difference in quality. Plan to buy from them again.

I usually have a good impression with these cartridges, but this one came in a bag, with no box, soft sleeve or other protection. As expected it was damaged and needs to be replaced. Revain will replace it, we'll see if it comes back or not. Be careful.
