I won't lie, my experience of refilling ink cartridges or using third-party cartridges hasn't always been great. I figured if it didn't work this time with this version of the toner, then I'd just get my money back. Much to my surprise, the surgical part is connected to the chip and not toner, so it was an instant hit! Instructions and tools are included. I don't know what will happen in the long run, but for now all I see is clean lines even when using Eco mode. I can recommend it!

Removing the HP cartridge chip to install new cartridges is easy - and the seller even gives you some tools to get the job done properly and quickly! I was skeptical at first but if you follow the instructions it's really quite simple to remove the chip from the HP cartridge and put it in place them on this. The print quality seems just as good to me, but I don't print photos, just paperwork. I saved about 75% compared to buying HP cartridges. I didn't want to try this toner for the first time. I didn't think you could save 75% and get OEM quality. I also didn't want to move the chips from the old OEM cartridge to the Aztech toner cartridge. Well six months ago it worked so well I ordered it again and this time they provided a cool chip picking tool. Adjust the print quality again. No need to pay an OEM for overpriced toner powder.

I have used other versions of this cartridge from the same supplier with good results so I was optimistic about these new cartridges. In fact, they worked just like the others - very well. As others have pointed out, they don't have a chip (or almost all non-HP cartridges do). They changed the color of the chip holder in this cartridge but it was fully compatible with previous versions of their cartridges so it took me about 4 minutes to swap it out! The toner for our HP color laser inkjet printer was so expensive we had to buy 4 cartridges. I took a chance on buying these replacement parts and despite some work removing and installing cartridge chips (including bonus tools) they work great. The printer still says the toner is low, but I ignore it, the print quality is as good as Original HP toner cartridges. Thanks for the cheap replacement.
