Every few years the district gives us a new laptop which I use everyday for work. I bought a case for my latest laptop and it protects it and keeps my computer in good condition. Limited dirt and no scratches. The bottom cover broke near the end but it lasted about 5 years. I wanted a stronger lid and found this lid to be thick and feel a bit thicker. I bought this for my Mcbook Air 2020. I'm a little afraid it won't fit or something, but it does! This is a good fit.
