I lost my phone on the way

Well unfortunately I can't be honest, everything went great at first but after the 3rd week the magnetic part came out and last week it stopped working. On the way I noticed that I no longer have any music. My cell phone fell off "support" I came back but now I lost my cell phone and had to buy a new one, I'm disappointed because I really like the support has, but I would not recommend it for excursions.

NOT *WATERPROOF as described

This product is *Waterproof but may be more waterproof. We installed it on a jet ski and worked great while CLOSED in the water. There are no issues with the phone inside. We used it as a speedometer for a jet ski. Then my son turned the jet ski over and the phone got wet in the waterproof case. Now we have had to buy another 0hone for my son and cannot recommend this product as *waterproof. It can be nice as a splash guard, but it shouldn't say *WATERPROOF on it or you'll lose your phone.

I'm not disappointed

I had to watch a video on You Tube to figure out how to open the handlebar mount to install it on my bike. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the guy unpacked it in the video and my item was already put together much better so I guess I got a refund and not the new one for that I have paid I also have a 7 inch phone and it's difficult to find a similar item that fits in such a large phone, but when I put my phone in the case it's so big I can't press the bottom buttons…

Works great with my Samsung

I use Note 8 and it fits my phone easily. I love the flexibility this holder offers. Not sure what some are expecting at this price point, but it keeps my phone dry in light rain. I try not to drive when I know a storm is coming. I haven't crashed my bike since I was about 14 and had a paper route, so I'm not worried about the plastic it's made of and I'm not willing to spend money to make it out of aluminum. Just do not tighten the screws with the Allen key provided. I would recommend this…

Connections can be reached with a hex screwdriver

Several reviews mention the large size and that it does not stay in place. I use Samsung S7. Both comments are correct, the size may not be reflected in the photos and the phone compartment is quite large. However, I have adjusted to it and it is a fair compromise for the overall holder function. As for the free swing arm, you can access the ports by carefully removing the connector where you'll find a hex screw that you can tighten to the desired strength to hold it in place.
