If you just stumbled across them, grab them! Great tool!

I don't really want to keep talking about them, but they are perfect! They're thinner and the edges are a lot smoother than the ones I've used and it's changed the world with them! I had to return the used ones so I got another one. Now I will only buy this brand - they are so good!

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Lots of things

If you're interested in wire and other metal jewelry, this is the tool and a must-have in your toolbox. I've found myself missing this tool for some projects. And this tool fits my hands perfectly, it holds tight and the padding is as comfortable as my Tronex pliers I use. It is important that your hands do not tire. good price, definitely worth it.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Durability

Goodbye big tooth pliers.

These are the best pliers I have found for connecting jump rings to mail pieces, especially for someone with small hands and a condition that affects the functionality of my tendons. The grip isn't always comfortable, but a pair of fingerless gloves will solve that problem. Serrated jaws won't scratch your rings, which is worth the little extra effort for precision plier work (in my opinion).

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Approximately

Wonderful Wubbers

When I decided to make chain mail I read many professional chain mailer websites and they usually offered three plier options 1; Basic 2nd Baby Wubbers and 3rd best in the line. I didn't want to invest a hundred bucks until I tried making some bracelets so I took the middle ground and I love my Baby Wubbers. I've only made three bracelets so I may upgrade at some point in the future. But right now they fit my hand, really soft and comfortable, and I have another fifty dollars to spend on jump…

Sweet tongs

I have several of these big tongs. I bought these to use with chain mail open and close rings. They work fine. I noticed that the coating on the grips is not as soft and dense as the originals I bought. It's rougher, so it's a little harder on the hands. I believe Wubbers live up to their claim of being gentler on metal than other pliers and not easily damaged. With jumper rings I still use Tool Magic on my pliers as I use enameled copper and anodised aluminum which need to be treated with…

remarkable

I have worked quite a bit with rings and chains and my regular pliers sometimes left marks on the metal. Not to mention pain/discomfort in hands and calluses near knuckles. I read online that Wubbers have a finish that reduces marks on metal and is great for hands. Prices started in the $30 range. More than I would have spent on tools before, but cheaper than having to deal with carpal tunnel or the like later. The Wubbers brand has a wide range of pliers and I don't think they're all on Amazon

Pros
  • Jewelry making tools and supplies
Cons
  • Skimpy Instructions
