Check the screw size on a polisher, it is an M6 screw, not a 5/16

The pads themselves are excellent and work as expected. However, it's an M6 bolt, but it's also labeled 5/16 for some reason and doesn't fit my Orbital tether, which accepts 5/16 bolts. In the end I had to switch. The only problem with this product but it gets 2 stars because it can't be used on a 5/16 device without an adapter which is almost impossible to find.
