A Gamechanger for Sore Muscles!

Finally! A foam roller that I like to use and that works wonders for sore muscles!

I've been trying to relieve my aching muscles with foam rollers since 2007 and although I've bought many different foam rollers I've never liked using them because they were too painful. Backmate Power Roller makes self-care easier

The size, foam density and electrical interface make the Power Roller extremely easy to use but also very effective in relieving muscle tension and spasms. Most of the previous rollers I've used were either smooth or had fewer "ribs" like the Power Rollers. The Power Roller's ridges or contours made it easier to "hook" onto the tiger's tips or knots, and the vibration helped further relax the muscles.
