The strap is so ugly I'll soften it up if I leave it instead of the weird strap it's stuck to. I can't put money in my zip pocket (Fig.). It's too small, money gets stuck in the zipper. All zip pockets are hard to pack because they are so small! Credit cards work well. I wasn't thrilled with the color choice, not chocolate/brown, so I went for a black diamond. This is fur. I don't know whether to keep it or send it back. I gave two stars for trying out the built-in wallet.

I like the design that's why I bought it. I had two of these and was very satisfied. This one isn't very good. The fabric is stiffer and it's harder to pull things out. The strap is a one-piece piece of stiff, stiff fabric that digs into my neck when I wear it over my shoulder. Older versions have the same soft fabric strap in two pieces sewn together to form a thicker strap that doesn't cut like this thinner, stiffer version. I had 2 Baggallini Everyday Baggs and love them for 2 main reasons: 1) The roomy MAIN compartment is big enough to comfortably fit my essentials: my iPhone 6 with case, my glasses and my ridiculous big bunch of keys.
