Quick fix, reasonable price, easy installation.

Fits 05 Harley Electra Glide Classic. The fairing bracket broke like most at the top end. I'm glad I didn't have to install a full bracket. It was a quick, easy, and smart way to fix things and get back on the road. I would recommend this to anyone having a fairing mount issue.

Nice repair for broken fairing brackets!

2009 FLHX Streetglide. It took me a second to figure out how to install it exactly (in front of the mount or behind the mount). I once used a vice and magnet to grab the chips. About 45 minutes of work. It helps a lot if you take the speakers out, make room for a screwdriver, and get a 3/8 inch socket wrench.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Great price

Left bracket issues

The right bracket fits well - the left bracket does not fit at all due to an improperly welded tab. the strength of the outer end of the mount - looks cool but the fairing is solid and the outer fairing hides the mess and now I'm riding my ultra again!

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Minor issues

The infamous broken fairing brackets are easy to fix.

A simple solution to bad HD design. Installation has been simplified by removing the speakers. (Still replaced the speakers). With the speakers removed you have the option to drill holes in the fairing bracket. A bit expensive for what they are. But it outweighs the cost and hassle of replacing the entire fairing bracket. I would recommend this option.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Long delivery time

SIMPLE SOLUTION: Motorcycle & Powersports

A simple solution to a common problem. Remove the fairing and you'll see how difficult it will be to replace the entire vertical bracket. The right side of the 2007 FLHTCU is completely broken off. There was a tear at the hairline on the left side. I moved the left side panel back and forth and broke it off because. It's already inserted. Be sure to inspect the lower cross brackets. My lower right side cracked when the vertical brace put pressure on it to break.

Super easy assembly: parts

Super easy assembly. solid, sure. Talking about a bad drill is largely user error. Mine was ok, I broke it a bit - my fault. I used a vise to hold the part in place and drilled holes in the bracket repair kit, causing the bit to bind and stay put. I was more careful with the other side and it was quick and easy. Use them with strong interior fairing mounts installed by Bergland Customs and all your mounts will be fine.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Requires base

Easy to install on my 97 Glide

These brackets save lives! When I set out on an overland trip three months later, I found that the native mounts were broken. (yet again). I decided that I needed to remove the old brackets and replace them with new ones. I did some more searching and found this repair kit. Ordered it right away and it was here in 2 days. It took me about 20 minutes to install one side and a little more on the other side because it wasn't completely broken but was starting to crack so I replaced it. I had to…

Front bezel vibrates quite a lot when idle

Front bezel vibrates quite a lot when idle, did a little research and found the mount is a common problem. Without even removing the front fairing, I ordered it based on recommendations and I'm glad I did! Easy to fix and that was the problem, both were broken. Took me about 45 minutes including about 15 minutes trying to find the bottom two screws before I gave up on google. (Spin the wheel for easier access and find them by the way.) Great product, highly recommend if you need to fix your…
