Effective, cheap and easy to use!

Ideal for training kinks and pressure points along the spine. I got mine after using them in physical therapy sessions. They are inexpensive, easy to use and effective. The only downside is the dog thinks it is him!

Great way to stretch your middle back

This is my second BakBall so I knew exactly what I was buying. I lost the first one while traveling. I love how it stretches the thoracic spine and massages the paraspinal muscles. I use both lying down and standing against a wall. It helps stretch my back in a way foam rollers don't. I bought my first one at a conference so I compared red to black. Red has a bit of flexibility so I think it's a lot more comfortable.

Good for relieving muscle tension.

It's great. I use this BakBall nut to relieve tension that starts somewhere along the spine. As with most PTs, it may not always be comfortable when you do it, but it will relieve you of constant pain. Works much better than massage balls or rollers as you can't press directly on the spine. I like this softer red as it doesn't cut into the muscles like the harder ones, but you can still get more impact by slightly changing your body position.
