Have never written reviews. If you need a brownie pan, this is the place to go! I've been baking brownies for over 25 years! I looked everywhere for a cake pan. This is the best! It doesn't stick, you'll get 12 perfectly sized brownies in 30 minutes! If I could give 10 stars I would. I'm actually ordering another one so I can bake 2 batches at once! Thank you for this wonderful product!

Ok. I love the edges of the brownie, this is my favorite part of the brownie. Some do, some don't. So I got it! You spray this very well with nonstick spray (don't skip this step), bake the brownies to your desired texture (35m in my toaster @ 325), take them out and let them cool, flip them over and pound them into a tin. Resistance (be firm but not cruel!). Bam way over the edge! Just try to dial in your desired texture and don't miss a spray.

As advertised - very happy with my first batch of cakes! Tender cake in the center with chewy edges. It's not hard at all to take it out of the pan. I just lubricated with a spoonful of vegetable oil. When the brownies were done, I loosened the corners with my finger and then turned the pan upside down to remove the brownies. I wasn't sure what the shape would look like once cut, but it actually looks pretty consistent. Would highly recommend these as an alternative to the other more popular…

We all want crispy crusts so I gave this pan a try. I used a box of Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix and it was the right amount for this pan. Some suggested that the cake mix intended for the 8X8 pan wouldn't be enough to fill the pan, but I figured I'd take a chance with the inner racks.
