Works as you think. Just do a few test runs

Good. I love the edges of the brownie, this is my favorite part of the brownie. Some do, some don't. So I got it! You spray this very well with nonstick spray (don't skip this step), bake the brownies to your desired texture (35m in my toaster @ 325), take them out and let them cool, flip them over and pop them into a tin . Resistance (be firm but not cruel!). Bam way over the edge! Just try to dial in your desired texture and don't miss a spray.
