Resistant even when baking!

I bought this after reading the reviews. This is for creating popups and popups. Eggs stick terribly to most pans. They come out fairly easily but cook evenly. Very durable. I would recommend.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • No paint required

Daughter Loves It - Muffin & Cupcake Pans

One piece muffin tin, not compressed - she's been looking for this for a long time and couldn't find it. Gave it to her for her birthday and she loves it. A bit pricey - a quality investment that will last.

  • Availability
Cons
  • Available in Black Only

Large heavy pan for even cooking

Great one piece pan so no seams can collect. Uniform heating. I used paper cases, but even the drips in the pan didn't stick. The only downside is the shape of the pans - they don't fit 2 side by side on the same shelf in the oven, and my oven is large. No big deal, I only use 2 oven racks. I'm actually considering buying 2 more.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Old

Can't wait to buy a second one!

Although this muffin pan is slightly more expensive. others for sale. I felt it was definitely worth the money. I've used it several times, each time without a liner, and everything comes out perfect! I like the side with the notch for removing the pan from the oven, although it could have been a bit larger to hold the pan better. The frying pan is a unit that is easy to clean.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons

Highly recommended!

Excellent frying pan. This is a heavy pan and you can tell the quality of the pan is top notch just by holding it in your hands. I find it cooks very evenly and gives a much better result than standard kitchen pans like the Wilton. The muffins and muffins I made came out of the pan very easily with cooking spray. The pan is also easy to clean. If you bake a lot of cupcakes or muffins, I highly recommend this pan!

Pros
  • Good assembly
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Absolute perfection! best casserole dish

WOW! I am so enthusiastic about this pan that I can recommend it to everyone. I've made two batches of egg and spinach casseroles - one in this skillet and one in a regular muffin pan. Same recipe, but the egg casseroles slid right out of that pan and were cooked to perfection - spring-like and delicious. An egg baked in another pan stuck to the surface and was too fluffy and crumbly. I was shocked at the difference. In addition, the pan is very easy to clean. Just rinse once and voila! I can't

Makes the perfect cornbread!

When I was thinking about a new muffin pan for my cornbread, I wasn't sure I wanted to spend that much. I can tell you this is one of my favorite kitchen gadgets in a kitchen full of appliances. I was very surprised at how heavy and durable this pan is. It is easy to clean and feels almost non-stick. It also makes very flavorful corn tortillas. I didn't make it anymore, bought it solely for cornbread. Maybe one day I'll make something else out of it. Bonus, it's perfect for my convection…

Pros
  • Great selection
Cons
  • Hard to remember, but it was

This pan is NOT non-stick - so uncomfortable!

There is nothing non-stick in this pan, at least not the one I received. I've tried this several times, with or without different oils/sprays/lubes, and each time the cupcakes stuck to the pan like it was super glue. I hate this pan. I'm not even going to give it away or give goodwill because I don't want to cause anyone that kind of disappointment. Instead, it goes in the trash can. For the record, I tried to contact the company to see if I received a 'lemon' that was missing the final coating

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure

Couldn't be more perfect!

Why did I wait so long to buy these pans?!?! I've had so many cupcake pans over the years, dark metal, light metal, thin, heavy, and they're fine. But these pans. These pans are amazing. I didn't want to spend that much money at first, but I'm starting a cake/cupcake design business and was thinking about buying them as an investment. I've heard so many good things about Baker's Edge that I ordered 2 cupcake liners. I was impressed by the heaviness and strength of these forms, they are made…

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as others
