Review on Bakers Edge Better Muffin Cupcake by Erika Brown

WOW! I am so enthusiastic about this pan that I can recommend it to everyone. I've made two batches of egg and spinach casseroles - one in this skillet and one in a regular muffin pan. Same recipe, but the egg casseroles slid right out of that pan and were cooked to perfection - spring-like and delicious. An egg baked in another pan stuck to the surface and was too fluffy and crumbly. I was shocked at the difference. In addition, the pan is very easy to clean. Just rinse once and voila! I can't wait to make my famous rhubarb yogurt muffins in this one.
