Heavenly. c Massagers

This video was sent from God. This is how you can move the balls. My fiancΓ© appreciates this as his arms get tired from massaging my back daily as I suffer from back and shoulder arthritis. This is his lifesaver. My kids (8 and 12 years old) even like to use it on their backs. Too bad we didn't find it sooner. It's strong and well made. You can take it on vacation because it's compact unlike the big foam roller I had before. Don't wait, buy it now!

Great massage stick for neck and back!

I work sitting at my desk all day and often have shoulder pains and headaches. I use this massager to rub my neck, shoulders and back of my head and it helps release the tension that is building up in my muscles. It is very easy to use and there are 2 rings that I adjust to use on most parts of my body. I also adjust the rings for the back by placing a stick between my back and a chair and massaging them up and down. All in all a very easy to use product. Highly recommended!

Good length and good value

I love that the red balls can be removed or repositioned to better target specific tight muscle areas. I appreciate that it's shorter so I can pack it for travel. The red balls are firm enough to relax tight muscles on the sides of the leg due to sciatica. They can also be removed completely to act as foot massage balls. The price is great too, half of what I paid for the Addaday massage roller. My only wish is for the red balls to have a slightly higher crest or bumpy area to help hit a more…
