I'm 5ft 6in and 190lbs. XL was too big. I wanted to swap but they didn't have the L in the colors I wanted. They were comfortable and very light. Hopefully they will be restocked at some point!

Stretch tech pants with unicorn and zip pockets, available in plus size for pear shape. (Big hips and ass) Although I feel the waist still leaves enough room for ladies with a larger waist. And the hip area is not too big. I would be happier if I had a little more room for my hips and buttocks. But since they are 10% elastic and have a drawstring, this is forgiving. I usually wear 2X and they fit true to size.

I've bought them in almost every color and have worn them all summer and fall. I'm 5'8", weigh 192 lbs, have longer legs, a short torso and quite a large waist. Tl:DR: Size difference is not too big, if you worry about which one to choose, just choose the one you like the most. The material is light and breathable during training. Good quality locks.
