i have rheumatoid arthritis so i need to use cool light sheets to avoid joint pain. I always buy satin sheets and always try to find really deep pocket sheets for our thick mattress. Some say they are suitable for thick mattresses, but that's not the case at all. They fit our 13" mattress very well. Some reviews say they are slippery, but that makes them lightweight and makes it easy for people with medical conditions to turn and change positions. Love them! The price is right too under $25 ;-)

I read the reviews and was optimistic about the quality. Unfortunately I couldn't use it because I threw it in the laundry when I opened the package due to the strong chemical smell. Right out of the box I found them too dark and cheap. After washing them and sleeping on them for a few nights, the color turned to true gold, and although the sheets were thin, they felt comfortable. I eventually switched back to cotton sheets because satin was too slippery. I really wanted to love her and I really waited. Shipping took almost three months initially :( When they finally arrived it was a pleasant surprise but then I used them. I really like these sheets but they are CHEAP. They're only $24 for a queen, so I'm not expecting much. It certainly doesn't feel like silk, but they're slippery smooth, like we're literally having to watch out for the duvet falling off the bed.
