Mounted as a counter top extension in our fifth wheel so size and thickness was important.Well made (solid), attractive.

The "small" does not fit a Viking Stovetop. I purchased the "large". It fits. I thought I was ordering another. This is a "small" board. It does not fit. I have returned.

Great board, just as described. Surprisingly hard to find long cutting boards that are affordable. This is is good one.

Update: almost a year later, and no warping. It does have a few scorch marks due to some shifting and hot pots, but hardly noticeable and hasn't affected the product.This covers the grill well. It's heavy and send substantial, though I worry about warping as it sits on a stove, but we'll see.

Looks just like my old cutting board and appears serviceable. It is about 1/4" too long to fit my Viking cooktop, however, and is absolutely useless to me, unless I want to take up woodworking.Update Jan '19: I had a friend cut it to the correct length but now it has already started to split after just 3 months.

All around really good product at a very reasonable price. I use it on my Viking stove and it looks like it was custom to the high end stove.

Arrived with a few noticeable dings (pressure indentations) on side edge. Would have appreciated if this had been noted in the description! Fits perfectly over two gas plates on a regular gas stove.

Didn't fit the stove correctly, wasn't flat so it wobbled from side to side, and looks cheap and tacky. Returned. That's my review!

It fits perfectly on the Thermador griddle! It looks great and feels well made. I couldn't be happier with this purchase because I was considering the Thermador griddle cover which costs way more than this one.

I like the look of this insert. Although it does not fit exactly as the one that the Viking stove manufacturer sold, it still does the trick.

Had I purchased this first I would never have bought the more expensive Viking Brand Griddle Cover/Cutting Board. I almost like this one better than the Viking product. We use this everyday and I put the Viking out if we are entertaining,

I have on older Viking Cook Top that I wanted a cutting board for two of the six burners. Bamboo MN had a size that would work were the manufacturer had discontinued the original board. This fit almost perfectly and was half of the original cutting board. Great quality.
