These nipple covers are nicely packaged and cool. Can't talk about pain relief yet as I haven't had a baby yet, but they sit a little over the nipple and help with chafing. Unfortunately they are not very careful. I tucked them into my bra and saw them sticking out from under my shirt. As such, they may only be best suited for home use.
