This frame was packaged in foam packaging clearly designed to protect against damage in transit and arrived in pristine condition. This was the perfect photo frame for our beloved fluffy baby who just passed away. The words are exactly what we feel for them. well and carefully packed. Then insert another one for delivery. It will go very well with the beautiful urn we bought from you. complement each other so well. So very happy with this frame.

Excellent frame and is a good size both in the picture and in the frame itself. I have mine on the dresser along with another one I bought on a previous occasion. They look great together. The quote is a good reminder for the lost companion. Although I bought it for myself it would make a great gift for those who have lost their beloved pet.

As our friends and pets get older, we give away more and more of these frames. We have never received a damaged product as they are well packed in foam and cardboard. Packaging on arrival cannot be donated directly but is not required for our purposes. We always look for your favorite photo in advance and present it framed when the time comes. I appreciate that their prices are reasonable and the frames are beautiful.
