We bought this for a trip that involved a lot of walking. We bought 2 different types and these definitely win. They're a bit pricey so I wish there was more in the pack for the price but they sure saved some heels/ankles from rubbing!

Wandering Havasupai and therefore he had no calluses on his ankles. The trick is to put them on when you can barely feel the blister. Waiting until you have an ugly blister won't work. They are waterproof too! Amazing for these really long hikes!

I bought these to wear when wearing a certain pair of flats with a snug heel. The pads made my flats very comfortable when I first put them on, but after a few hours they lost almost all of their adhesive. I was frustrated because this is where most of my blisters come from.

I was wearing vintage shoes and was worried that I would get huge blisters and cuts on my heels again. It stopped it completely. By the end of the day they started peeling around the edges, which I found odd since the packaging says they can stick for days. But they did their job!

Great for smothering big pimples overnight. I saw this on Instagram, a woman put these bandages on her pimples overnight two days in a row and you could see a difference in her skin texture and her pimples popped up in the bandages so they are effective at clearing pimples and working for me like Well.
