I seriously wondered if it was worth spending so much money on headphones. I travel a lot so the noise canceling feature is the best feature I've come across on headphones. The sound quality is unreal. Between clarity and bass, this is an amazingly well thought out product. The noise-cancelling part is very light, so the headphones don't weigh down on your ears.

Just bought a pair of B&O PLAY by Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H3 ANC (Gunmetal Grey) headphones. I used Bose QuietComfort 20 ANC and wanted to test B&O against Bose. I've worn them on the plane and in the "noisy" office. Bose is still the benchmark. For noise cancellation, B&O came close to Bose. They sit comfortably in my ears. The sound is amazing but the ankh is too bulky and the cable is too hard, very uncomfortable. It doesn't tangle, instead it feels like a stiff rope in front of you. I was disappointed that Anc doesn't make a huge difference in sound quality. It just adds volume to an already stiff cable. I originally bought the Beoplay E8 Wireless but now it really sucks. i have to return it Wireless headphones can sound great and be convenient, but when you have to charge them every few hours, that's not cool.

Excellent noise reduction and very good sound quality (both phone and mic). However, the angled jack socket is a weak point in this model. In them, I bent down to pick something up and the cord slipped under the chair leg. When I got up again, my kidneys almost fell out of my ears. I stopped when I felt the tug, but a sharp tug on the cable (which wasn't really that hard) bent and damaged the angled connector as well, breaking some of the wires inside.
