Ok but don't need EO version

I'm using it for a daily oil drain that I've started recently. It takes a day or two to get used to this oil as it is slightly bitter or astringent while coconut oil is actually sweeter. I only use the amount I'm comfortable with. I just wish they wouldn't use *essential oils* as I'm trying to detox and taking EOS, even sublingually, isn't what I want. So they get directly into the bloodstream, and the liver doesn't even have the opportunity to detoxify 🙁. I will be using plain sesame oil in…

Amazing for oil pulling!

I've tried to extract oil before but couldn't. Daily Swish helped me learn how to draw oil. I started at 1am, I'm staying. The aroma of fennel is quite strong and I didn't feel any mint at all, so I add a few drops of mint essential oil before rinsing, which enhances the flavor. I love how my mouth feels after rinsing: so clean and fresh. (I know it sounds weird!) My gums look healthier, although they were fine before I started rinsing my mouth. And I no longer use teeth whitening products…

It really works. And that is the most important!

UAU! I'm a big consumer of oil pulling products and this is without a doubt the best thing I've ever tried! More flavor, first I was struck by the smell. But after 2 seconds in my mouth, the smell and taste didn't bother me at all. I'm writing this review two weeks after I started using this traction oil every day and my oral health has changed. I'm a sensitive gum person and previous oils I've tried (even homemade) have had no effect other than a "fresh" feeling. It makes me feel like my teeth

Good natural alternative for my sensitive mouth

A friend of mine told me a while back that his father was a dentist and that his father told him that most mouthwashes actually coat the inner parts of your mouth detach mouth. Cheek giving your mouth a dry but "clean" feel. He also mentioned that if you can feel particles in your mouth when brushing your teeth, it is actually particles from your cheeks that are being removed. After learning about this, I understood why the major mouthwash brands cause my mouth to burn and feel dry. My mouth is

Improves breathing. Oral Care

I agree with some reviews that it helps with bad breath. I'm not sure about getting rid of toxins because I don't feel any difference. But when I use it regularly, I feel like my breath doesn't smell very often. Some reviewers mentioned that it was difficult to swing at first, I didn't have too many problems. I would suggest if this is your first time starting out, try 1 teaspoon first and gradually increase.

Good impression so far

I personally like the taste of Mint. I wouldn't choose a fragrance for food, for example, but it's great as a hygiene product. I like that it's not heavily seasoned. I've only been using it and drawing oil for a short time, but the experience is positive. it remains to be seen if and how the outcome will be over time. A few people have mentioned the cost of this and I can understand that; as someone who has been struggling with dental problems for a long time despite normal business activity, i

Try it! in oral care

Well when I first tried this I was concerned about the pure oil taste in my mouth. I've taken castor oil several times to force myself into labor (which worked btw) and have horrible memories of the taste, texture and texture. Oof, foo. But as a breastfeeding mom, I wanted to detox and was concerned about the toxins in my milk. So I heard about oil pulling and decided to give it a try. The first time I tried rinsing, I could only keep the oil in my mouth for 2 minutes. The consistency is…

Banyan Botanicals knows what they're doing with it!

I love this wording. I also love that this is a genuine Ayurvedic company and not just a company that jumps on the bandwagon to make a product based on what is trending in the holistic health movement and doesn't really have a clue what it actually produces/sells. I have tried oil pulling with only oil before and just couldn't hack it at all. This formula is much easier to get used to and after two uses I fully incorporated it into my daily practice. It doesn't get as foamy and harsh as pure…

Bleeding gums/dry mouth/bad breath/fever blisters away!

No more bleeding gums and my bad breath is gone! First, my mom is a dentist and she reveals almost everything about teeth, gums and oral products, but she says she sees improvements first hand in her patients who are "pulling the oil". I told her to find out what oils they use, whether it's just "sesame oil" like it used to be, or coconut oil, or both, or a combination. I will update this information! What this oil did for my 30 year old husband: My husband grew up on a farm chewing raw oats…
