🛀 Bare Decor Zen Spa Shower Mat in Solid Teak Wood and Oiled Finish - 31.5" x 19.5 Review

I used 3 of these to cover a larger than usual tub in my master bathroom. Now the tub can be used for storage and I have beautiful plants on it. These rugs are of excellent quality, stiff enough to fit around the sides of the tub and easy to change (required to remove pole to fit 3 of them). This solution saved me $$$ compared to hiring someone to create a custom bathtub lid and it looks really good.

I bought cheap rugs to replace some old ones and they were terrible so I decided to invest in 3 of these Bare Decor rugs. You are fantastic! The design is superb, right down to the bolted anti-slip bumpers. The color is beautiful and the wood is real teak. I had to carve one of the three to allow the door to open fully and there is no doubt that this is a very hard top quality wood. They obviously last a long time and with a little oil every few months they look fantastic.

A much better bath/shower water solution than rugs or rugs that stay wet, are dirty, smell bad and/or just feel bad under wet feet. (I'm particularly put off by the soft shoes, which are supposed to be supremely comfortable but actually feel like a slippery corpse underfoot.) I like this particular version because it dries quickly and offers a firm, lasting grip. It also feels smooth underfoot but without the feeling that you might slip.

At first we were reluctant to pay that much for a wooden bath mat but after a few weeks of use I can honestly say this product is well worth it. There are other cheaper options and there are more expensive options. For us it was the perfect price. It is high quality, looks very nice and is ideal as a bath mat. Teak lies nicely on the feet and dries fairly quickly. It also has some springiness, which is nice too. I will caution you to measure what area you will be using this mat on before…
