Sits crooked! Poorly made. (see photo)

The most obvious problem is that it is poorly made and noticeably crooked. See photo. I'm not sure how it got through quality control. It uses a combination of imperial and metric measurements that is difficult to read and not very useful.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • So-so

My only problem is that I waited so long to buy it. Just. Big.

You need that. I have fought against others and now I have tried the jigger Valhalla. It just works. Simple, easy to read in moderate/low light (biggest problem with glass jiggers), wish I'd bought it a year ago. Just great.

Pros
  • Looks good
Cons
  • A few little things

Accurate and durable

I used to order jiggers that aren't really accurate which makes my drinks a little different. I have measured this jigger with other devices and it is almost 100% accurate. The material is dense and durable, looks very nice. Internal markings are easy to read and easy to clean.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons

Great as part of a set of Japanese jiggers

I like the precision of Japanese jiggers. Basically, if you're using a size set, go all the way up for 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1 1/2, or 2 oz. The downsides are that it takes multiple jiggers to store and clean, and I like the heavier weight of the chime jiggers. However, this is my route to jiggers.

Pros
  • understandable even for old people
Cons
  • Approximately

Exact measurement

Nice to have such devices. However, to get the right measure, that means: 1 or 1.5 ounces. You must fill to the top! And I mean TIPPI TOP. NO room for manoeuvre. I think it's ok. Just a measure of alcohol, so a little less isn't the end of the world. The stainless steel quality and workmanship is good. Time will tell if the stainless steel will rust.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Very roughly built

This is not a very well made jigger. The metal looks thin and light. Little more than a disposable aluminum cake stand. The edges are very rough and unevenly wrapped, creating large gaps for moisture and dirt to collect. The inner lines are very faint, so hitting the target in a dark bar is difficult. In general, I cannot recommend this jigger. It will work, but for the price, there are much better options on the market. I have returned mine and replaced it with a Pina Slim Jigger, very happyโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Good Jigger 1.5 oz / 1 oz

Looks and feels good at a good weight. Inside the 1 oz end are two lines of 1/2 oz and 3/4 oz sizes etched into the metal making it very versatile. Not sure if the barfly logo on the outside will fade over time but I don't mind. Is this Japanese style jig better than the regular pole jig and is it worth paying extra for? In my opinion, yes.

Pros
  • Home & Kitchen
Cons
  • Some Little Things

Designed by Idiots Best Kitchen Tools and Gadgets

Why Buy a Jigger? So you can mix drinks precisely. There aren't really any other reasons. This jigger is advertised as "1 oz / 1-1/2 oz" but what you get is an absurd combination of metric and imperial markings. The big side is only in the metric. Also when recalculating the fishing line is doubtful, especially the fishing line 3/4 oz.

Pros
  • Bar and Wine Tool
Cons
  • Doubt
