Misbranded good for me

A little disappointed, the "Japanese style" spoon does not have the 'barfly' branding on it , but instead 'mercer culinary' logo. which is the company that owns the barfly brand. I even ordered a replacement to confirm. If you're ordering this spoon you should know that because it doesn't seem to be in the description ( unless I'm missing something) otherwise it's a pretty good spoon.

  • May not be comfortable to hold for extended periods of time

Essential bar tool for home bar

I didn't think a long bar spoon would've been necessary. At first I used a regular spoon, but it didn't really stir old fashioneds in the glass well and it was too short for a mixing glass. I use this spoon a lot for stirring cocktails, measuring ingredients, floating ingredients on top with the back, and I crack a lot of ice with it. It holds up and stirs effortlessly.

Check the measurements before ordering

Thought I was getting a spoon for bar drinks as a gift for a friend and instead got a spoon long enough to stir God’s coffee from Earth. Not recommended if you drink normal sized drinks.
