Like a dream come true!

Bark Home is the solution many parents need. It's easy to set up and written in plain (non-technical) language so the average parent can set it up and get on with other things. It is the perfect complement to the already excellent BARK Mobile Device Monitoring System. It detects when new devices join your network and all devices are monitored for extreme content at a high level, and then the devices you assign can be further controlled using Screen Time controls. , block apps, filter websites…

Promising product / subscription NOT included

The product description is misleading, according to the company "1 year subscription included" is just snippets of text but it IS NOT INCLUDED. I just bought this product to test it out for a while and see how it compares to CIrcle. It has some strong features that Circle lacks, but it also lacks some of the other good features that Circle has. The interface is great and user-friendly, but it could use more options for copying schedules and rules. Also, if you plan to follow ANY Google and your

I have been a Bark user with their mobile app and phone product for a long time. When Bark Home was announced, I hoped it would be a solution for all my other home networking devices that would allow me to buy something like Disney Circle and pay for another subscription. It does exactly that and doesn't bump into the Circle, but I won't be buying one any time soon. Bark Home monitors all types of social networking sites, performs content filtering, allows you to turn off the internet at the…

Need help with connection speed

First off, I'm a huge Bark fan and have been using the app for about 2 years. So I was happy to hear about the Bark home appliance. I installed this Bark Home device on my Smart/RG which is a modem and router at one of the internet companies. That's how it worked. There are 2 problems. When my son saw it, he first turned it off and on again. That's it. He complained that it made his XBOX slow. So I connected his XBOX directly to the modem and selected his Xbox, phone and Macbook to monitor…

Blocks not well on schedule

Support was great. They really tried to help. However, the device does not work quite as one would hope. I think it works by blocking DNS requests to specific locations instead of blocking actual traffic to the site. Basically, your device won't access a website if it doesn't know what an IP address is, what the DNS record does. My problem is that DNS is cached on our Chromebooks. So once you allow scheduled access to a website, the box really can't block access until 24 hours (or until the…
