Simple and effective replacement parts

The product does exactly what it promises and at a lower price than other devices. Installed it on my 2017 Honda Fury to get the tachometer working properly, no problems so far.

Didn't initially work with Bikers Choice tachometer

Didn't initially work with Bikers Choice tachometer. I then added a high value resistor (65000 kΩ) between the green wire and ground. Everything seems to be working fine now. This must somehow change the configuration of the shaft.

This thing did exactly what it said it would and did exactly what I could have hoped it would. As I said in the title, this works on my cheap $17 total station.

Easy installation and fits my VTX 1800 "like a glove "

It was an easy installation and the connection geometry fits my Honda VTX 1800 like a glove. Very clean and professional looking end result. All necessary parts and consumables including various connectors were supplied as part of the kit. The adapter really works. The speedometer needle vibrates very slightly. A good product.

You need a fairly high value resistor in parallel with the signal wire to ground

I installed this on my Honda Shadow Aero vt750c bike. There are two coils. One coil pack is located under the front left corner of the gas tank and the second coil pack is located under the seat behind all the electrics. I was able to route the cable with factory zip ties front and rear under the gas tank. I connected the yellow and blue wires from the adapter to the negative wires of the coil just a few inches before entering the ECM because they were easily accessible at that point. One at…
