Am I not a doctor or from this company? I only use this soap and it will lighten your skin if used twice a day for 30 days or less. Not always! Use it on your face it will burn your face, I learned the hard way. Ot helped me even out my precious skin and blemishes in 30 days, my acne, dark spots significantly disappeared and my skin tone became more even and a shade or two lighter. I recommend this product 100%. It's only been 4 days, the result is. The product has a burning sensation, it works. After washing my face with it, I lightly dried my face with a towel and then applied a moisturizer before the big one. During the day, I use the same process, except I wear anti-aging cream with sunscreen throughout the day and add foundation if I want to. I hope this is of help!
