Works like a charm. This takes a little longer, but works much better and ends up saving time ripping seams and reworking because the fabric has shifted. Sew some top fabric (to make it heavier) with the strips and the strips should line up where the sides, top and bottom meet with the cord in between. I used it for French Seams on a vinyl seat cover. It worked really well for holding the reinforcement tape and keeping some tricky stitching in place. This binding tape is ideal for complex sewing projects. I made a large pillowcase for the University of Washington pillowcase and this tape allowed me to sew without using all the pins in my arsenal!
