Instructions were a bit cumbersome and didn't work very well. Next time I'll spend the extra money to buy a ready-to-tile pan.

This set is so cool. yes, it can be a little expensive. but worth every penny. I've never converted a shower from a bath. but the instructions and videos were easy to follow. Every question I asked the President from an email came back to me in a very timely manner. Gratitude!

Excellent product, super easy, even a nurse (woman) can do it! I've made a shower tray/liner in the past and struggled with pitch and measurement along the walls. The set had EVERYTHING I needed. Excellent customer service as the teardrop ring arrived with some cracks in the plastic, emailed and a new one was shipped within 24 hours!

When you look at the product you really doubt if it's worth the money. When you look at the bigger picture of having a shower tray and not having to worry about mold issues, it's worth it. If you do housework this is perfect, this was our first install of a 6ft x 3.5ft shower tray with an off center drain.
